NON-DENOMINATION CEREMONY
The Ixchel Beach Hotel Non-Denominational Ceremony Package includes: English and Spanish speaking Non-Denomination Priest, his gratuity and transportation; marriage certificate (*), beach set up before and after the event, site fee and decorated wedding site on the beach; white aisle, roses petals to decorate the aisle, lace-draped ceremony table, tiki torches, candles or luminaries, bridal bouquet and groom's boutonnière.
SPIRITUAL CEREMONY
The Ixchel Beach Hotel Spiritual Ceremony Package includes:
English, Spanish or German speaking Minister, 4 elements ceremony, flowers ceremony or commitment ceremony, gratuity and transportation of the Minister; marriage certificate (*), beach set up before and after the event, site fee and decorated wedding site on the beach; white aisle, roses petals to decorate the aisle, lace-draped ceremony table, tiki torches, candles or luminaries, bridal bouquet and groom's boutonnière.
(*) Note: the spiritual or non-denominational ceremonies provided by The Hotel Ixchel Beach are not legally recognized but are rather designed to allow couple to express themselves in non-traditional ways.
CIVIL MARRIAGE
The Ixchel Beach Hotel Civil Marriage Package includes:
judge, his/her gratuity and transportation; all paperwork, all required translations by certified, court-appointed translator; the Acta de Matrimonio which is your marriage certificate/license in one; blood tests and doctor's letter(s), translator for ceremony, payment to the City Hall, beach set up before and after the event, site fee and decorated wedding site on the beach; white aisle, roses petals to decorate the aisle, lace-draped ceremony table, tiki torches, candles or luminaries, bridal bouquet and groom's boutonnière
Documents needed for the civil marriage:
- Certified copies of both parties’ birth certificates (with Official -Apostille Stamp).
- Translations of the birth certificates in Spanish (must be done by a certified translator) with the translator’s stamp.
- Originals and copies of both parties’ passports.
- Originals and copies of the couple’s tourist cards (they will receive these during their incoming flight)
- Four witnesses with copied and original passports and a copy of their tourist cards (Ixchel Beach Hotel can provide the witnesses)
- Blood test for both parties (has to be done in Mexico, results are delivered the same day)
- Wedding request from.
- Payment to the City hall.
