Our stay at Ixchel was very nice. The food & drinks were good, the pool was clean, the maid service was exceptional and if we needed anything there was always somebody there to lend a helping hand. Also……..I would like to take a moment to say that your concierge Deiby is wonderful and she went above and beyond in helping us with our wedding! You are very lucky to have her as an employee

Everything was great. We loved the Penthouse suite, although the East wing looked really nice with the padded furniture. THe location was perfect and staff was friendly. The only bad thing was that we had to leave a day early for some work reasons.

My husband, daughter and I stayed at Ixchel for 10 days in August. We cannot say enough good things about Isla Mujeres in general, and Ixchel Beach Hotel in particular. We have been vacationing in the Rivera Maya for more than 15 years and can say with certainty that this hotel has the best combination of accommodations, location and service we have seen in the area. Our unit was beautifully decorated and furnished with everything we could need. The entire hotel was spotless (people were cleaning ALL the time!), and the pool was the cleanest pool we have ever seen, without having the typical heavy chlorine smell. We also liked the recycling cans on each floor. The people at the front desk, the restaurant and the cleaning ladies were extremely nice and helpful.

I hope this is helpful. Please continue what you are doing; we were very pleased and are certainly planning to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. I want to thank Gonzalas at CoNoMo for his outstanding service to us.
Our friends stayed at another hotel and came to ours everyday because of the beach, pool, service and how nice the hotel was.
We plan on coming back again next year, we had a great time!!

We were very pleased with our stay at Ixchel. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. They answered any questions we had and called a restaurant for us to see what hours it would be open. The condo itself was very clean and the cleaning staff kept it very clean while we were there.
We hope to come back to Ixchel again soon. The helpful and friendly staff there made our visit great.

My husband and I were quite please with the services offered by Ixchel. Your front desk staff was quite helpful in assisting in transportation arrangements and rental equipment. We will definitely be returning to the island some time in the future, as we had a fabulous experience.

Everything was absolutely beautiful at Ixchel. The staff was absolutely fabulous. EVERYONE was helpful and friendly. The housekeeping staff was special as our children often found their stuffed animals waiting for them on their beds in cute positions. The food at Comono was delicious and the wait staff was very accommodating. The room was clean and spacious and we felt like we were at home. We loved the beach - it was perfect for our family. The rooftop lounge was out of this world. We loved the proximity to downtown Isla. We walked to delicious new restaurants each night. It was by far one of our most favorite vacations. We would love to call Ixchel home! Do you have any job openings? :) We enjoyed our stay very much, we have no complaints whatsoever. We will recommend you hotel highly to anyone who may ask. Thank you very much for everything.

We enjoyed our stay at Ixchel. The beach was beautiful…. our room, once we were moved was wonderful. We appreciated having late check out to be able to do the Whale Shark tour. I think we paid top dollar, however the hotel was nice and you did give us late check out. Next time we will consider one of your condo units for more room, and we might stay longer. Maria in reservations was very helpful and responsive.Thank you

We very much enjoyed our stay at your hotel. When and if I come back to Isla de Mujeres, I will absolutely try to stay in your hotel again. I also will recommend it to anyone traveling to the island.

My husband and I stayed in room 2-707 at the Ixchel Beach Hotel for our honeymoon. The service and the room were both wonderful. We would stay at the Ixchel Beach Hotel again. The location was excellent . The room we did get was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed our stay very much.
